Hailey Hoffman Gram is the photographer for The Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois and a freelance photographer available for work in the Chicagoland region.

She holds degrees in Visual Journalism and Spanish from Western Washington University. After graduation, she worked as the staff photographer for the Astorian for two years before returning to Bellingham, Washington to help launch Cascadia Daily News. Her work has appeared in the Seattle Times, Crosscut, the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and Block Club Chicago. She attended the 2024 Missouri Photo Workshop and her work has been honored by the National Headliner Awards, the Society of Professional Journalists and the Washington Newspaper Publisher's Association.​​​​​​
